The agreement
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Nestled. They are written to be read rather than skipped, so they are shorter and plainer than most. Using Nestled means you accept them.
1. The service
Nestled is a shared private space for two people to run a life together: chores, groceries, meals, a calendar, reminders, money, trips, pets and memories in one place, with a Telegram bot you can message to file things without opening the app.
One subscription covers both of you. Nestled is built around a pair, and a home cannot be shared with more than two people.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Nestled. By subscribing you confirm that you are, and that the details you give us are accurate.
3. Accounts
You need a working email address to sign in. We use one-time links and codes rather than passwords, so keeping control of your email inbox is what keeps your account secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
Whoever creates the home invites the other person, and from then on both of you can see and edit everything in it, including who added what. That is the product working as intended, and it is worth understanding before you invite someone: nothing in a shared home is private from the other person in it.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Nestled costs £5.99 a month for the two of you. During the beta the first month is £2.99 and every month after is £5.99. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
You get 7 days free first, and we do not ask for a card to start. If you subscribe while those free days are still running, your card is stored but not charged until they run out.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over a few days; if it keeps failing the subscription ends and section 12 applies.
We can change the price, but not quietly: we will email you at least 30 days before any change affects you, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your profile, in two clicks, without emailing anyone. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund unused time — the free week exists so you can decide before paying anything.
The full detail, including your statutory rights and what happens to your data, is on the cancellation page.
6. Content ownership
Everything you put into Nestled stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the service can work, and nothing beyond that. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
The app itself — its design, code and brand — remains ours.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not use Nestled to:
- store or share anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share
- harass, abuse or monitor another person against their wishes
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
- resell or redistribute the service
8. AI-generated content
When you message the bot, or photograph a receipt or recipe, that content is sent to Anthropic's Claude models so the app can work out what it is and where it belongs. It is processed to answer that request and is not used to train models.
It is a filing assistant, not an oracle. It misreads things. Everything it files can be edited or undone by you, and you should check anything that matters — a total on a receipt, a date on a reminder.
9. The assistant is not an adviser
Nestled is not a source of financial, legal, medical or veterinary advice. The money features are a record of what you told it, not accounting. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Please do not rely on Nestled alone for anything that genuinely matters, such as a tax deadline or a pet's medication.
10. Availability and changes
Nestled is built and run by one person. We work hard to keep it up and your data safe, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime, and there will be occasional interruptions for maintenance or through faults in services we depend on.
We may add, change or remove features as the product develops. Keep your own copies of anything you could not bear to lose: we take backups, but a backup is not a promise.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.
Beyond that, and so far as the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
12. Termination
You can leave whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully, that is abusing the service or another person, or that has not paid. Except where something serious or unlawful is happening we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.
When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. Your home becomes read-only immediately and closes to a resubscribe screen about a week later; everything stays where it is and restarting brings it all back.
If we ever stop offering Nestled altogether, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email, stop taking payments, and provide a way to export what you have put in.
13. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Nestled — unlawful content, for instance, or breach of these terms — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
15. Changes to these terms
If we make a change that materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Smaller corrections get a new date at the top of this page.
16. Contact
Nestled is operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Our full trading details, including registered name and postal address, are available on request by email.
